Satisfaction Guarantee
Take 30 days after we ship your order to make sure you are satisfied. If not, return any product and we will refund its purchase price. (Note: Items shipped between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st, subject to our other returns restrictions.) Shipping costs will be refunded if the return is due to our error or the product is defective. Credit card purchases will be refunded by issuing a credit to your credit card. Check purchases will be refunded by check.
Returned products must be in original packaging complete with warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable), and be in original unused condition. In some instances a restocking fee may be applicable. SOFTWARE AND RECORDED MEDIA - Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media (including videos, DVDs, karaoke CDs, etc.) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap has not been opened.
